BenTech Seniors Ottawa provides in-home technology help for seniors and families.

We provide step-by-step help, guidance, and setup for everyday technology. We explain things in simple words so you can understand your devices and make your own decisions.

We do NOT:

• fix or repair devices 
• take control of your devices or accounts 
• access passwords or personal accounts 
• make changes without you 
• guarantee that every issue will be solved 

You remain in control of your devices and personal information.

We review each request before confirming an appointment. We may decline a request if it is outside our services, needs repair, requires specialized services, cannot be completed properly during the visit, or cannot be done safely.

We make these decisions based on the work needed and whether we can provide the service safely and properly.

An appointment is confirmed only when BenTech Seniors confirms it.

We tell you the price before the visit.

You pay after the service unless we agree on something different before the visit.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Same-day cancellations and missed appointments may affect future appointment availability

Please have your device, charger, cables, and anything else needed for the visit ready.

Please make sure your important files are backed up before the visit.

We are not responsible for:

• loss of files or data 
• device problems before, during, or after the visit 
• issues caused by apps, updates, internet providers, or other companies 

Technology can sometimes behave in unexpected ways, and some issues may depend on systems outside of our control.

We always do our best to provide helpful and respectful service. If a problem happens, we will work with you to understand the situation and find a fair solution.
