Service Scope

BenTech Seniors Ottawa provides in-home technology support and step-by-step guidance for seniors.

We assist with device setup and troubleshooting of common issues.

We do not perform hardware repairs, access personal accounts, or guarantee specific outcomes.

Clients remain responsible for their devices, accounts, and data at all times.

Payment

Pricing is shared before booking. Payment is due after services are provided unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in charges.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as-is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, BenTech Seniors Ottawa’s liability is limited to the total fees paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Insurance

Our in-home services are covered by appropriate business liability insurance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada
