I started BenTech Seniors Ottawa after seeing how many seniors feel confused or stressed with everyday technology.

I’ve helped people who could not connect to Wi-Fi, make video calls to family, or felt unsure after a phone or TV update changed things suddenly.

Most of the time, nothing is broken — it just needs a calm explanation in simple steps.

I also work with families who want their parents or grandparents to feel more confident and stay connected.

Many of my visits are booked by adult children who want to help their parents feel more comfortable and confident using everyday technology.
