I’m Biniam.

For over 10 years, I’ve been providing in-home technology assistance to seniors across Ottawa, helping them navigate smartphones, computers, smart TVs, and smart home devices. I began supporting Ottawa seniors technology needs after recognizing how challenging it can be to keep up with new technology. My goal is to make learning about devices clear and approachable. Over time, I’ve discovered that taking things one step at a time allows seniors to follow along comfortably.

All visits are in-home, structured, and focused on explaining how your devices work rather than repair. Each session demonstrates features and functions and provides practical instructions tailored for senior tech support.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring new technology, taking walks in nature, and sharing coffee with friends and family.
